Garden Grows From Collaboration

Members of The Ecology and Stewardship Club at Dominican planted their fall garden as part of a continued collaboration with Andrew Shuford, Director of Food Service for Sage Dining Services for the school. The planted herbs of thyme, chives, and mint will be used as flavoring in future dishes served in the school dining hall. Club moderator is Theron Ferry. Michelle Cousin is co-moderator.
