The National Honor Society is open to qualified sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Students are selected by the faculty council appointed by the Administration. Faculty members evaluate those students who best meet the qualifications as stated in the organization's national handbook. Students are evaluated based on outstanding scholarship, character, leadership, and service. Candidates must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.75, be a current, active member of at least one Dominican club, team, or organization, and must be involved in ongoing community volunteer service.
