One of Dominican's more popular clubs, the drama club allows students to learn the art of theatre and experience work on the stage and behind the scenes. Students are encouraged to participate in drama events where they showcase their acting, singing, and dancing talents. Throughout the year, the Drama Club orchestrates a number of activities including a Spring Musical, Instant Theatre, the Living Rosary, and a Lenten observance assembly. Dominican drama students take their talents to the community by participating in a number of New Orleans area productions throughout the year. The Drama Club is under the direction of Ms. Rosalie Abadie and Mrs. Marcia Peyton. |
Congratulations to the graduating seniors who received "D" Plaque Awards for their outstanding devotion to the Drama Club!
