Drama Club

Drama Club involves students in various dramatic activities including the annual Living Rosary, Instant Theatre, Lenten Assembly, and the Spring Musical.  The focus of the weekly meeting is on participation in activities that are geared to learning as well as fun.  Meetings are held during Lunch/Activity period.

Thanks to all those who participated, and all who came out for the show and donated beautiful toys for the 26th Annual Children’s Hospital Toy Drive! The theme of the 2016 Lenten Assembly was “Spiritual Rehabilitation” with a 14 steps program to help us attain spiritual sobriety. Glorious Living Rosary

The Dominican community recently celebrated the Living Rosary. This school tradition is presented by the school’s Drama Department and Office of Dominican Catholic Identity. Through prayer and dramatic interpretation, students become involved in praying the Rosary. The performance included song and dance using interpretive movements to visually explain The Glorious Mysteries.
