On Wednesday, August 27, the Dominican High School community welcomed new students with a Mass of Welcome and Induction. During a special lighting ceremony seniors symbolically pass the Dominican heritage to their Little Sisters by lighting their candles. The tradition dates to the graduating Class of 1957. It was a special family gathering when four generations of St. Mary’s Dominican High School’s family presented the gifts at the annual Mass of Welcome.
