The Ecology and Stewardship Club members are working with Andrew Shuford, Director of Food Service for Sage, on the school’s herb garden. The planted herbs include rosemary, thyme, chives and mint that will be used as flavoring in future Sage dishes. Club moderator is Theron Ferry.
