If you attend a Catholic elementary school, you will receive the Archdiocesan Application Form from your school principal on this date. Your school principal will send us your school records, transcripts, and standardized test results.
If you do not attend a Catholic elementary school, you can obtain an Archdiocesan Application Form from Dominican High School on this date in the foyer office at the Walmsley Avenue entrance to the school or print one online here. You are responsible for obtaining the required records (grades 5 through your most current report cards, test scores, and transcripts) from your school and forwarding them to us. Please see specific instructions on the application form.
If you attend a Catholic elementary school, complete the application form you received and return it to your school principal. Your school principal will then forward your school records to Dominican.
If you do not attend a Catholic elementary school, you are to return the application form and report cards, test scores, and transcripts to Dominican according to the instructions on the application form.
January 9, 2016: Application Day / High School Placement Test
All students applying to Dominican must attend Application Day. The High School Placement Test will be administered this day – the results of which are used for High School placement only. The $20 application fee is collected at this time.
February 25, 2016
Letters of Acceptance mailed. Acceptance to eighth or ninth grade is based on your elementary school grades, standardized test scores, and a personal interview that will take place at Dominican High School.
