Applying for 8th and 9th Grade


Application for the 2021-2022 School Year – Available Now


If you attend a Catholic elementary school, you will receive the Archdiocesan Application Form from your school principal. Your school principal will send us your school records, transcripts, and standardized test results.

If you do not attend a Catholic elementary school, you can obtain an Archdiocesan Application Form online here. You are responsible for obtaining the required records (grades 5 through your most current report cards and standardized test scores) from your school and forwarding them to us. Please see specific instructions on the application form.


Saturday, January 8, 2022: High School Testing Day

All students applying to Dominican must attend and take the High School Placement Test. The $30 application fee is collected at this time.
