Kathleen Fasold, St. Mary’s Dominican High School Librarian/Department Chair and English teacher, received the Veritas Award at recent ceremonies recognizing faculty and staff for their service years.

The Veritas Award is the most prestigious award presented to a student or personnel member. Selected by the leadership and administration, the award recipient demonstrates exemplary understanding of the Dominican Charism. Following the example of St. Dominic de Guzman, founder of the Dominican Order, the Veritas Award recipient faithfully strives to seek Truth through prayer, study, community, and service. The honoree preaches the Truth of the Gospel through the example of her life and calls forth the best in others.
