Alstroemeria flower dissection, creating an ultraviolet bead bracelet, leaf rubbing, and using the Dichotomous Key Leaf were among the activities at the Domini-Science event on April 20. At the welcome, the Dominican Robotics team demonstrated their robots and Domini-Scientists took a turn at the controls.

During a scavenger hunt, Domini-Scientists explored the school grounds and its offering of trees and bushes to identify the unique design of leaves. The ultraviolet bead bracelet sparked discussion on ultraviolet radiation, dangers of UV rays and the importance of sunscreen.
