At the Fall convention of Louisiana Art Educators Association (LAEA), St. Mary’s Dominican High School Fine Arts Department teacher Angelle C. Caffery, MFA, was elected Secretary and Regional Vice President for the Southeastern Region for LAEA. She was appointed to a two-year term.
“I am excited to be working alongside incredible art educators throughout the state,” said Caffery. LAEA’s mission is “to advance visual arts, design, and media arts education.” LAEA is a division of the National Art Education Association.
