St. Mary’s Dominican High School students were recognized by the New Orleans Hispanic Heritage Foundation (NOHHF) at the NOHFF Scholars Ceremony. Dominican junior Kaylee Gonzalez was recipient of the Scholarship Award. Recognized Dominican Seniors: Marisa Acevedo, Liza Cruz, Maiya Emilien, Sophia Mendieta, Mia Rodriguez, Isabella Rojas, and Isabelle Tsien. Recognized Dominican Juniors: Angeli Bautista, Lourdes Hanemann, Andrea Lagos, Lillian Lambert, Lourdes Maristany, Victoria Salazar, and Hailey Walker. NOHHF is a local, non-profit organization dedicated to academic excellence and the future success of Hispanic high school students. Each year, the NOHHF awards students who are involved in the Hispanic community and have a grade point average of 3.5 or above.
