Rooted in the tradition of prayer, study, community and service, the Counseling Department at St. Mary’s Dominican High School is designed to address the social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of every student. We promote the fostering of healthy relationships among peers, teachers, faculty and administration, while recognizing the uniqueness and diversity of each student. Our focus is to instill confidence in our students and empower them to achieve their goals. We work in partnership with educators, parents, administration and community resources to support students in order to reach their highest potential, to work for social justice, and to become leaders in the modern world.
