St. Mary’s Dominican High School’s Debs Dance Team captured several honors at the 2017 American All-Star Louisiana State Dance Competition held in Lafayette, LA this past weekend.

SOLOS

Junior High Division: Rylie McCluskey – State Champion

Senior Division: Maddie McGovern – 4^th place in state

DUETS

Junior High Division: Sasha Lewis and Rylie McCluskey – 2^nd place in state

Senior High Division: Virginia Babin and Maddie McGovern – State Champions

ENSEMBLES

Jazz ensemble – 2^nd place in state

Hip Hop ensemble – 3^rd place in state

TEAM

Team Hip Hop – 1^st place in Division 3 and overall State Champion and received awards for choreography and technique

Team Jazz – 2^nd place in Division 3 and 4^th place overall in State

Team Pom – 2^nd place in Division 3 and 3^rd place overall in State
