This fall, it has been a full schedule for the Dominican Speech and Debate team with the following competitions:

The December 7- 8 tournament, held at Isidore Newman High School, drew more than 600 students and the opportunity for students to learn from some of the top teams in the country.

Duo Interpretation: Emily Anding and Haneen Awadallah; Inchara Anand and Isabella Paul.

Impromptu: Anabelle Franz, Inchara Anand, and Isabella Paul.

Public Forum: Ysabella Porche and Shania Raimer.

November 30 – December 1, St. Augustine High School:

Duo Interpretation: Isabella Paul and Inchara Anand.

Public Forum: Ysabella Porche and Shania Raimer; Rose Doskey and Chloe Whitcomb broke to quarterfinals.

November 9-10, Mount Carmel Classic:

Impromptu Duo: Emily Broussard and Anabelle Franz; Alyssa Ordoyne and Shreya Garigipaty. Emily and Shreya were in Junior Impromptu. Alyssa and Anabelle broke to the semi-finals in Senior Impromptu.

Duo and Duet: Inchara Anand and Isabella Paul. They placed 6th overall in Duet.

Public Forum: Angeline Tran and Ysabella Porche; Haneen Awadallah and Shania Raimer; Chloe Whitcomb and Rose Doskey.

September 28-29 – Holy Cross High School

Duo: Rose Doskey and Mia DiGiovanni

Impromptu: Shania Raimer
