Over the Thanksgiving break, Dominican hosted the First Lego League (FLL) Robotics competition. It marked the fifth time Dominican has been a host for the event that draws students from grammar schools in the Greater New Orleans areas. At this year’s event, 130 students who represented 13 schools competed.
A Toast of Praise to the Domini-Bots, Dominican’s 8th grade robotics team that won the Core Values Award and qualified for the Louisiana State Competition. The state competition will be held on January 18th at Jesuit High School.
