Dominican Color Guard Places Second at LMCGPC Competition

St. Mary’s Dominican High School Color Guard placed second in its class at the Louisiana-Mississippi Color Guard and Percussion Circuit (LMCGPC) competition held at Comeaux High School in Lafayette, LA. Dominican was among the eleven schools that competed in the Scholastic Regional A Division. The event was the first of five competitions this season. Amy Ferguson is moderator of Dominican’s Color Guard.

Upcoming events are February 12 – LMCGPC competition at Gulfport High School; February 19 – Winter Guard International Regionals at Gulfport High School; March 19 – LMCGPC at Dutchtown High School in Geismar; April 2 – LMCGPC State Championships at the University Louisiana at Lafayette.
