St. Mary’s Dominican High School senior Caroline Cobb has been offered $1 million in scholar–ships from: Millsaps College – Full-Ride McRae Scholarship (only two are given each year from among all applicants); Baylor University, Georgetown College, University of Holy Cross New Orleans, Loyola University New Orleans, Rhodes College, Tulane University, Florida Institute of Technology, High Point University, Louisiana State University, and The University of New Orleans. She is the daughter of Kelly and Brandon Cobb of River Ridge.
An Alpha Honor Roll student (2021 to the present), she is a National Merit Commended Student, recipient of the Highpoint University Book Award, and College Board National Recognition Program. Her extracurricular activities include Biotechnology Club (2024-2026) and Treasurer (2025-2026); National English Honor Society 2024-2026); Science National Honor Society (2025-2026); Mu Alpha Theta (2023-2026), Student Ambassadors (2021-2026), and 8th Grade Robotics (2021-2022).
Her volunteer work includes Dominican Walkin’ on Walmsley (July 2024), Domini-Camp (May-June 2024), Tour Guide at Dominican Open House (October 2023), and St. Matthew the Apostle Crawfish Cook-Off (April 2024) and St. Matthew the Apostle Family Fall Festival (October 2023).
