St. Mary’s Dominican High School’s students in Academic Games finished their season and will compete at the national Academic Games League of America competition in Atlanta, April 18-22.

The Dominican students posted wins in their district. Middle school division: 8^th graders Therese Hymel – 3^rd place and Camille Hymel – 7^th place out of 74 players in the cumulative score (sweepstakes) rankings. Senior division: Camille C.C. Truxillo – 2^nd place and Isabelle Anderson – 4^th  place out of 26 players in the senior sweepstakes rankings.

Joining them at the national competition will be Dominican seniors Tess Baker and Maddie McGuire, 8^th grader Avery Johnston, and sophomore Truc Nguyen. Academic Games moderators are Leslie Cobar and Monica Haag.
