Seventeen current students and 18 graduates (Class of 2018) of St. Mary’s Dominican High School have earned the designation of AP Scholar by the College Board in recognition of their exceptional achievement on the college-level Advanced Placement Program (AP) Exams.
AP Scholar recognition was given to students who received scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP exams. Recognized seniors: Colette Carriere, Madelyn DeRamus, Rose Doskey, Gabrielle Duhe, Patricia Jackson, Margaret Latham, Madison Lewis, Katherine Mazzanti, Ashley Patron, Eugenie Rodrigue, Olivia Singleton, and Ahjah Yunusah. Dominican 2018 graduates: Bridget Adam, Renee Breaux, Emma Duckworth, Alexis Lang, Victoria Liu, Katie Mayer, Elise Peyroux, and Kristen Tholen.
AP Scholar with Honor: Seniors Marian Boyd, Julia Cazabon, Saheba Cuccia, and Camille Scandurro. This honor recognizes students who received an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams. Graduate recipient was Nia Smith.
AP Scholar with Distinction was given to senior Anne D’Armond. This recognition is granted to students who receive average scores of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams. Dominican graduates: Caroline Bickerton, Audrey Buck, Lillian Cerise, Rebecca D’Antonio, Sophie Ondrusek, Annie Smith, Caroline Troendle, Abigail Webb, and Anne Zelden.
